why to not out someone with a hidden disability.

Image
So this is a really interesting follow-up to how to not out someone with a hidden disability it is why, it’s important to not out them and I touched a little on this in the previous video but we see that there is a lot more behind the why and we see that people think that it’s ok to out people with a disability all the time, whether it’s through a casual breach of their privacy or it is more deliberate and targeted such as forcing someone to disclose personal information that they didn’t want to share to shut them up we see that this harassment does happen and we see a lot of talk about inclusion and diversity but when it comes to the disabled community it has been crickets, due to the complexity of the inclusions needed. We see that this is where the NDIS comes into it in Australia but it is incredibly hard to get onto and it is a constant and exhausting balancing act between, services and being self-reliant, we see that most people don’t see the benefits of it and this is a shame a

The Mythology of the Shadow hunters world the Seely Realm and court.

[i] In the books in a previous series called the internal devices, we say that there were two courts in the faerie realm they were the Seelie and is a much more dignified court that resembled the Victorian court of old and the Unseelie court is very reminiscent of something that is found across many cultures called the wild hunt. This is called by many names but given that we are focusing on the Shadowhunters world font is a punishment for people in the Seelie realm, which has several realms but one of its main features in that time moves differently there.   We also see that the shadow hunters have a saying that the difference between the Seelie and Unseelie courts is that the Unseelie court does evil in the open, and the Seelie court hides it. [ii] Shadowhunters treat this realm as very dangerous as in the series some Seelies have a childlike appearance however they are ancient beings not mortal but like many being in this world and even popular culture and mythology they are

The mytholigical links in the Shadow world - warlocks and demons

So I was talking about Mangus and the Box and mentioned that there was a shadow hunter that was half shadow hunter, half warlock and   I mentioned that her grandfather was besbub one of the princes of hell, and lord of the flies.   It also depends on what religion that you are looking through as they can be seen as just beings that represent humanities darker side or they can be actual demons if you are looking at them through the lens of the monotheistic Abrahamic religion’s, [i] that have a structure of a god, angels that do his bidding or have a mind of their own and then fallen angels or demons so we see that some demons where in some pre monotheistic religions taking over their culture we see that   they might have been worshipped as gods by the people indigenous to that area, like we see that Asmodus is powerful enough to leave the realm he rules over in the books and show Edom, but we see that besbub can’t and needs a human host to possess, and often this possession was thoug

Mangus and the Box of memories unpacked a bit more.

So we see that Mangus bane from the TV show shadow hunters is immortal but we see him keep a box of memories from his past serious relationships and we see that this is a challenge for Alec his husband as Alec hasn’t had relationships before and this can be a massive issue and we see that this is very similar to people with a disability who are unable to let go of things that serve no value to them at all and this is quite interesting in a way that we see that there is links that are yet to be explored,   in this way but it is to be explored that Mangus is immortal so uses this box as a reminder of those who he has lost and we see that he   considers it not a blessing put a curse that he won’t die and that he will lose the people that he has loved one day and this triggers jealousy in Alec due to the fact that Alec knows that he will die and we see that this causes friction as they come from very different worlds, Alec being a shadow hunter and we see that this isn’t easy for Magnus

terms to know when complaining about a service provider in the NDIS

Image
This is something to consider very carefully before a complaint about as some people’s service providers will encourage “feedback,” but if they see it as a  complaint they, unfortunately, have the power to make your life very difficult and challenging and it can be very hard to prove it is due to complaining but if you have decided that it is the way to go there is a right way and a wrong way to go about it, and it is important to have these followed to be effective in your complaint. Unfortunately, the way to complain isn’t always straight forward but I hope to put a few tips down to be able to help you navigate the situation. So the first tip is to speak to the people involved and ask what they can do to resolve the complaint, most providers do need it in writing due to the fact if it’s against a particular team, or support workers we see that they can use it as evidence against the person and to have that evidence on record if they need to escalate it or to talk to the person, it

how to not out someone with a hidden disability.

This is going to be a very sensitive topic to talk about and we all know about the etiquette about not outing someone, who is in the LGBTI community and its unwritten rules about how to talk and write about them and this is something that I want to touch on, is that people need to be aware that there are similar situations that occur in the disability community that isn't taken as seriously as they should be leading to harm and abuse.     This is why you shouldn’t out someone with a hidden disability  and why it’s so harmful to them 1.         It’s rude to do so and in talking about someone without their express permission, especially a person with a hidden disability or a chronic illness you risk their safety and you potentially have committed a serious breach of privacy that could have serious repercussions for not only the person that you just outed but depending on where you live for them as well, as we see that this is a massive issue that providers don’t protect clients p
