SIck building syndrome

Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) is a multifaceted condition with significant implications for both physical and mental health. It's characterized by a range of symptoms experienced by individuals who spend time in certain buildings, often due to poor indoor air quality and other environmental factors. In this deep dive, we'll explore the chemicals that can contribute to SBS, their impact on mental health, and the promise of innovative testing methods like the Visual Acuity Contrast Sensitivity (VCS) test developed by Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker. Chemical Contributors to Sick Building Syndrome: Several chemicals commonly found in indoor environments have been linked to the development or exacerbation of Sick Building Syndrome. These include: Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) : VOCs are emitted as gases from various sources such as building materials, furnishings, and cleaning products. Common VOCs include formaldehyde, benzene, and toluene, which can cause respiratory irritation, headach

Social Justice vs actual accessibility and change

https://youtu.be/J1iRU5eI4Wc   Students are being forced into social justice models I see that this is driven from the top down and it's making things worse for the students but in the "social justice," framework there is one large population that is massively being left behind and this is the disabled community.  This is because it is very had to do a higher education degree when you have disabilities and most people with disabilities area actively discouraged from going to university and go to community college or tafe instead or straight into supported workplaces.  I know in most Universities they do have a disability services department, however as Dr Jorden Peterson pointed out it has become an department  in and of it's self that they students are the ones that suffer, I see that this is an issue due to the fact that they are the ones asking for help and it used to be a private agreement with the professor or teacher and the student.   The Disability Bureaucracy

Mia and what happens when you have a lack of support part one.

We are now going to do a deep dive into Mia and what happens when you have a lack of support. We see that she is strong and independent but also that she didn’t get there alone and has gone through a lot. From her teen years until now she wasn’t cared for until Luke found her when  she was found bitten by a werewolf (Jordan) and left to turn. This is difficult for her to process as it was her boyfriend (Jordan) who got bitten as well and he didn’t know how to tell her so simply ghosted her (he stopped communicating with her) and left her to turn alone. Even though he had stopped speaking to her, he started following and essentially stalking her until Mia told him to leave her alone. Jordan only actually left Mia alone once he had attacked her and bitten her then left her to turn. We see that she is strong and independent but also that she didn’t get there alone and has gone through a lot. From her teen years until now she wasn’t cared for until Luke found her where she was fo

Disablity and why I agree with Dr Jorden Peterson.

So as the title says I agree with Dr. Peterson. Some in the disability community feel that he doesn't really get the limits we have but he is speaking to a very wide audience. Generally, an audience of lost disaffected people mostly men, who have been raised on a diet of everyone gets trophies, social media, and learning about their rights but not their social responsibilities.  He is teaching them very basic topics that turn a lot of them from men who are angry at the world to men that are taking responsibility for their lives.  So some rules are sensible and were taught but the way that social media has stripped away critical thinking and the ability of people to form relationships in real life and to grasp that things that you say online would have real-world consequences. To have someone talk the real honest truth to them seems to be the wake-up call that they needed. 12 Rules for Life by Jordan Peterson: Summary, Notes, and Lessons - Nat Eliason One of his rules is to aim at
