The Mundanes guide to the shadow world. Werewolf's

Werewolves are humans infected with a demonic disease this being Lycanthropy in their case. Which gives them the ability to transform into powerful wolves, Changing either under the influence of the full moon or at will. In their lupine and human forms, werewolves possess inhuman strength, speed, and other enhanced capabilities, with strong claws and canines.

Like someone who is under acute stress like a mother having the adrenalin really pumping in her system to save her child by lifting her car or running a long distance. These are all powered by emotions and we do see that there is a difference between good stress and acute stress and bad long-term stress.  Stress can lead to long-term health issues such as autoimmune disorders.

These can be disabling in that many people think that they strive on stress until they are having headaches and other issues. We also in the modern world see that there isn't time for many people to relax and there is very little taught about nutrition in schools. I know some schools offer home economics classes but some don't and remote learning due to Covid has made the practicalities of this difficult.  Often people can find this quite confronting to learn that they have a chronic illness and that they can't control their symptoms. Or need support to manage it well.

We see this in Luke losing control of his emotions and removing himself from people to not harm others  if anyone has this Clip please message me and I will update this post.) This is a great way for people with neurodiversity issues, Like autism spectrum disorders, Adhd, and Chronic pain issues to be able to calm down.

I know that in educational and other facilities people are becoming more aware of these diversities so will provide sensory rooms that don't have the stimulation that others can filter out. So things like lower lights, Swings for children/ Adults to get nervous energy out. To be able to focus on what they are doing.

Shopping centers reduce noise as well as have people guiding them around the stores if they are doing a training on "tasks of daily living." these are tasks that people learn but due to many people with disabilities, circumstances they have to be taught. So things like grocery shopping, sticking to a budget, and being able to understand the recognizing value of money. Sometimes even recognizing body cues so things like hunger whether they are hot or cold so.

For caregivers this can be challenging to know how functional a person is like a lot of hidden disabilities or even seemingly overt disabilities can variable in the functionality of a person from day to day. They can also seem to "present as high functioning a thing called masking that I have talked about in regards to Alec and Izzy.

Yet many people with disabilities don't want their disability to be their identity. They are more than it and have worked for years to overcome stigmas in their community or even on an international stage.

I know myself having to come to terms that I won't have a "Normal Life," is difficult and challenging for me and it has been a long process to accept this, as well as not having it as my whole identity.

However,, I have support from family, friends, and paid caregivers. Something that I am grateful for as well, for this wrap-around support as I know that some counties don't have this and this support needs to come from charities.
