Actors that I admire and the roles they have played. Matthew Daddario

Matthew Daddario - he is not everyone's taste but he has kept what can only be described as class and respect in a difficult time being around COVID and the cancellation of a show that meant so much to so many people.

It shows that people don't need to go to fancy acting colleges to be good at what they do, they do need an understanding of the industry and respect for that industry and I see that he has done this, well. Even his colleagues seem to have a lot of respect for him and keep in touch with him and will do the comic con circuit. However he is happily married and this seems to be rare in the TV industry I give credit to his wife and his family, to be able to keep them out of the Media and protect them.

Matthew Daddario Live on Instagram 25.07.2017 | HD - YouTube  - He is also incredibly smart and will use this to his advantage, as seen in this clip from when he was filming Shadowhunters.

His cast members seem to respect him and he respects his boundaries' and understands giving the fans what they want and being able to encourage it. Shadowhunters Cast: Build Series Interview | February 25th, 2019 - YouTube

He comes from a great background and seems to understand that without being big or unrelatable to others around being a big name and not having money worries, he also seems to really respect the characters he plays and plays and markets them with dignity and respect.  He does seem to  have a bit of a dirty mind around one particular colleague ( and I am not going to encourage shipping videos given Matthews comments on fan gifts that make him uncomfortable, at times.) This seems to be the case with both of them when they played Malec, the couple on Shadowhunter's, and this TV show was challenging as the books also had a great following so it seems that they had a lot to live up to.

( Malec was the name that people gave to the relationship between Alec, played by Matthew Daddario, and Alec played by Harry Shum Jr) This is a really interesting episode that seems to show Matthew's understanding of Alec and the understanding of trauma in both Alec's and Magus's life.

He seems to respond to the roles he is playing and Alec is the best one he is known for and has questioned when doing media promotions about how in the show no one has questioned Alec making decisions for Magnus, and this seems to be so true about people with disabilities wanting to make decisions around there own life, and seek to have some direction and control in there lives.
